- Provide support for technical benchmarking and documentation processes, including basic measurements and photo documentation.
- Prepare and assist with laboratory tests, including setting up test units and benches.
- Carry the machines form the basement to the lab, pick up machines from the shipment, organize the warehouse
- Handle administrative and planning tasks such as budget tracking, travel expense documentation, and procurement of prototypes and components.
- Coordinate international logistics operations, including shipments, customs documentation, and communication with delivery partners.
- Act as a central point of contact for logistics-related matters and ensure smooth collaboration between multiple sites.

Your profile
- Enrolled student in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Basic engineering knowledge (mechanical or electrical preferred).
- Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A team player with a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- Flexible working style – early morning availability is appreciated.
- Willingness to perform basic manual tasks (e.g., packaging boxes).
